Power level is never the first variable in Naomi Quantum Chronicles — element is. Six elements form an advantage ring: attack clockwise for +30% damage, attack counter-clockwise and you deal −15%. This guide makes the ring second nature.

• Quantum → Blaze: Quantum fields 7 characters, the largest element on the ring.
• Blaze → Frost: Blaze's 6 members are the burst-damage specialists.
• Frost → Thunder: Frost's 4 excel at control and slows.
• Thunder → Void: Thunder's 4 anchor first-strike and combo mechanics.
• Void → Holy: Void ties Quantum as the largest element with 7.
• Holy → Quantum: Holy's 6 define the support-and-heal archetype.

Why the numbers compound

+30% against −15% means a correctly-matched team at equal power out-damages a mismatched one by over 1.5×. That's why swapping elements beats swapping gear when an Abyss floor stalls.

Team-building in three rules

① Check the enemy's element first, then pick a counter. ② Keep at least one flex slot for a functional non-counter (healer, defense shredder) — never run a mono-element team into a disadvantage. ③ In PvP, countering a popular meta team with a single swapped slot often raises your win rate faster than a whole team's worth of leveling.
